This is great news - the Obama Admin is on the hot seat a bit here - deliver the goods or the lawsuit ascends "northward" :)
Wheaton and Belmont Colleges are winners on this one. A lawsuit from each, or filed jointly, was previously "shot down" due to a mere technicality; the HHS Mandate was NOT close enough to being implemented to meet the juridical criteria for presenting an immediate violation of religious freedom. The Federal Appeals Court in DC., basically overruled the lower courts and is requiring Obama to step up to the plate. Either Obama delivers on the court orders - OR - the suit proceeds higher. Crying shame NO networks are giving this the light of day, but, who would ever expect or sincerely hope for this, right?
